The idea behind the game.
Townscaper is an open-ended building toy. Place coloured blocks on a grid and watch them become houses, arches, stairs and other architectural details.
Who it might suit.
Try it if you would rather invent your own destination than chase a prescribed objective. It gives a visual idea somewhere to go, even when that idea starts very small.
What to check.
There is no traditional campaign or sequence of goals. If you need challenges and progression to stay interested, a more structured building puzzle may suit you better.
Choose two colours and build around a small open space. See how changing the outline changes the town.
Choosing your version in Canada.
Check the precise title and edition in a recognised Canadian storefront. Confirm your device, operating system, current price and currency, rating and refund terms. A feature available on one platform may work differently on another.
